This 60-minute piece is about Panic Attacks and Imposter Syndrome. How to let them go and what to do when those feelings of self-sabotage and fear come calling. Part play. Part Masterclass. Part Story. Part Learning. Jonathan shares his own experiences of terrifying Stage Fright in a hit West End play, in front of audiences of thousands! And more importantly, how he cured himself.

 He will be sharing his ‘Pillars of Presence’… his ‘scaffolding’, that he has evolved over of years of managing his own fear – with the hope and expectation that those coming along will take some knowledge and tools away, which they can practice to cure their own unique versions of this terrifying and debilitating condition. Over the years, you may have seen Jonathan in his one man play ‘I Found My Horn’. His feel good 90-minute show about a man re-learning the French Horn. But behind the scenes, without employing these ‘Pillars of Presence’, there is no way he would be able to get up on a stage and perform that story - let alone play a Mozart Horn Concerto at the end!
